We work with neurodivergent and independent artists alike. In practice that means clear communication, transparent processes, personal guidance, and space for different ways of working — because there is no single career path that fits everyone.

Follow the Dopamine was founded by Dawn de Jong, an Amsterdam-based artist manager, curator and creative organizer rooted in nightlife, marketing and operations.
Dawn moves between artists, venues, organizers and communities with a strong instinct for connection — building structures through Follow the Dopamine, Bubble House and wider creative projects where artists can grow and ideas become real.
