Dawn de Jong founded Follow the Dopamine Agency to create a more transparent, playful and artist-first way of working in electronic music.
With a background in booking, marketing, operations, nightlife and community building, she moves between artists, venues, organizers and audiences with a strong instinct for connection. Her work is rooted in Amsterdam club culture, independent artists and the belief that talent should not have to fit into industry politics to be taken seriously.
Through Follow the Dopamine, Bubble House and wider creative projects, Dawn builds structures where artists can grow, scenes can meet and ideas can become real.
